Fit Servers involvement in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program (EU-U.S. DPF) extends to all personal data governed by the Fit Servers Privacy Agreement and received from the European Union and European Economic Area. We commit to complying with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program (EU-U.S. DPF) principles regarding such personal data. To ensure the security and integrity of our network, Fit Servers strictly enforces a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy for all accounts. We welcome customers globally, including Russia, but mandate accurate verification details during onboarding:

Fit Servers shares marketing data with partners like VMware, Microsoft, Veeam, Brocade, Intel, Nimble, SuperMicro, and Micron through third-party automation and CRM systems like Salesforce and Hubspot. It may disclose personal information if legally required by public authorities. Individuals can opt-out of onward data transfers if necessary. Fit Servers is accountable for personal data received under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program and transferred to third parties. To access or correct personal information, individuals can submit a written request to the Chief Legal Officer. Fit Servers pledges to address privacy rights and data collection complaints.

Fit Servers will direct unresolved privacy complaints under the DPF Principles to Privacy Framework Services managed by BBB National Programs. If complaints aren't resolved, customers can visit Process For Consumers for further information. If unresolved, they can invoke binding arbitration. If the complaint remains unresolved, they can seek arbitration before the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program. Fit Servers operates under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's authority.
